- Once your ”pre-reserve” has been confirmed we need you to send by fax or e-mail (scanned) the Reservation Form signed and filled out completely, so that we can confirm your "Reservation".

It is very important for all clients to be aware that once we have confirmed a reservation the hotels is reserved specifically for you and all other requests are rejected in favor of your reservation.
In counterpart you are financially responsible for your reservation.
We are not responsible for no shows, late arrivals (including plane delays and other transportation), early checkouts, change in plans or rain. This means guests are responsible to pay for any changes in their reservation.
For these cases it is critical that we notify the customer with notice via E-mail to the above cases.
Every reservation is charged with 50% of the total amount 30 days before the arrival (45 days before during the Peak Season). Upon arrival on the check in we will ask you to pay for the balance.
In sending your credit card information to secure the reservation you are accepting the reservation cancellation agreement.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Conditions Cancellation
High and Green Season
Cancellations prior to 30 days before arrival, no charge. Cancellations from 30 to 15 days prior to arrival, 50 % penalty-charge of the total amount of the reservation. Any cancellations in less than 15 days before arrival, 100% penalty-charge of the total amount.
Peak Season
Cancellations prior to 45 days before arrival, no charge. Cancellations from 45 to 21 days prior to arrival, 50 % penalty-charge of the total amount of the reservation. Any cancellations in less than 21 days before arrival, 100% penalty-charge of the total amount.
